Narrative:

I was captain of flight X from ymx-mem. On climb out of ymx above 3000 ft I was cleared to FL230. I accelerated the aircraft to 340 KTS below 10000 ft MSL as per our operations specifications and canadian regulations. I was handed off to ymx. While still in canadian airspace leaving 8500 ft MSL ymx queried me on my approach. If there is a special speed restr in that area it is not readily available. I do not believe I was in violation of an airspeed regulation. However, if I was, it was not published on any charts, NOTAMS or regulations (canadian) made available to pilots. If there are airspeed restr in that airspace they should be published on the charts.
