Narrative:
Flight bos-iah, deice needed for clear icing over the wing. When ready for pushback from the gate, ground personnel advised that aircraft had been deiced with water. Subsequently, aircraft was deiced with proper deice mixture. Aircraft was inspected by mechanic and departed bos without further problems.

Title: GND CREW DEICED ACFT WITH WATER.
Narrative: FLT BOS-IAH, DEICE NEEDED FOR CLR ICING OVER THE WING. WHEN READY FOR PUSHBACK FROM THE GATE, GND PERSONNEL ADVISED THAT ACFT HAD BEEN DEICED WITH WATER. SUBSEQUENTLY, ACFT WAS DEICED WITH PROPER DEICE MIXTURE. ACFT WAS INSPECTED BY MECH AND DEPARTED BOS WITHOUT FURTHER PROBS.
