Narrative:
Taking off on runway 8L at taxiway rb, rotated at taxiway G, at 50 ft AGL noticed helicopter crossing runway 8L right to left at approximately taxiway east. Initiated evasive slow right turn at 100 ft AGL to avoid conflict. Tower reported conflict shortly thereafter. Received additional RA advisory due to landing traffic on runway 4R. Flight then proceeded normally. Helicopter was instructed to stay south of runway 8L on departure. Supplemental information from acn 321272: tower reported conflict shortly thereafter by saying 'sorry for the inconvenience.' my reply was 'well it happens.' note -- overheard helicopter telling tower he did not understand directions, before we switched to approach.
