Narrative:
En route from abc to xyz, night VFR with EMS patient on board, I encountered inadvertent IMC conditions at 800 ft AGL. I immediately initiated a climb and contacted approach control. I received radar vectors for the ILS runway 21 at xyz with no further problems.

Narrative: ENRTE FROM ABC TO XYZ, NIGHT VFR WITH EMS PATIENT ON BOARD, I ENCOUNTERED INADVERTENT IMC CONDITIONS AT 800 FT AGL. I IMMEDIATELY INITIATED A CLB AND CONTACTED APCH CTL. I RECEIVED RADAR VECTORS FOR THE ILS RWY 21 AT XYZ WITH NO FURTHER PROBS.
