Narrative:
I was highly focused on ILS to 300 ft ceiling and 2 mi visibility at sna. Frequency with socal approach was busy. Concerned about wake turbulence from preceding B757. I either did not receive a call to switch to tower or didn't hear the call. If I missed the call, I did not receive a call back. Being focused on the gauges, I did not have presence of mind to ask approach for switch to tower. It did not even occur to me that I was not with tower and cleared. I broke out at minimums, looked up, and landed, thinking I was cleared. Not until rollout did I realize I was still on approach. I believe I can correct this by adding a 'C' to my outer marker 'gump' check. Gas, undercarriage, mixture, propellers, 'clearance.'
