Narrative:
On oct/xa/95 I was working on #2 engine pylon fuel leak. I replaced the fuel line and 'D' rings and tested for fuel leaks, no leak was noted at this time. When aircraft landed in las fuel was leaking from #2 engine pylon. Mechanics in las found the fuel was coming from the fuel line that I replaced.

Title: MECH FAILED IN ATTEMPT TO REPAIR FUEL LEAK.
Narrative: ON OCT/XA/95 I WAS WORKING ON #2 ENG PYLON FUEL LEAK. I REPLACED THE FUEL LINE AND 'D' RINGS AND TESTED FOR FUEL LEAKS, NO LEAK WAS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WHEN ACFT LANDED IN LAS FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM #2 ENG PYLON. MECHS IN LAS FOUND THE FUEL WAS COMING FROM THE FUEL LINE THAT I REPLACED.
