Narrative:
An MD80 was taxied to runway 11L at tucson. He was taxiing at a great rate of speed when it became apparent that he was going to miss taxiway A4 (the approach end). The ground controller stopped the aircraft just prior to him infringing on runway 21.

Title: TAXIING ACR MISSED TXWY AND INFRINGES ON XING RWY. GND CTLR STOPPED ACFT.
Narrative: AN MD80 WAS TAXIED TO RWY 11L AT TUCSON. HE WAS TAXIING AT A GREAT RATE OF SPD WHEN IT BECAME APPARENT THAT HE WAS GOING TO MISS TXWY A4 (THE APCH END). THE GND CTLR STOPPED THE ACFT JUST PRIOR TO HIM INFRINGING ON RWY 21.
