Narrative:
The 'mustang 2 departure (FM62.fmg)(pilot navigation)(runway 16L) and (runway 16R)' SID at reno/tahoe international, nv, suggests flying the 164 degree heading well beyond D3 irno localizer because of the way it is drawn. The D3 irno localizer turn point is at least twice as far from the airport symbol as the D2.9 irno localizer turn point for engine inoperative. This pictorial relationship will cause many pilots to miss the turn at D3!
