Narrative:

Aircraft struck a deer on the runway at touchdown. Aircraft was on an ILS approach in night VMC conditions. PF (captain) saw deer ahead and slightly left during the flare with power at idle. A very slight impact was felt. Braking deceleration was normal although 'anti-skid inoperative' and 'automatic brake disarm' lights were illuminated. Braking and lateral control continued to feel normal during rollout, taxi, and parking. PNF did not see deer. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that though the airport is fenced there may have been a break in the fence and the deer may have swam in the river, bypassing the fence. The deer was not loitering on the runway so a patrol by a vehicle may or may not have resolved the problem.

Title: PLT OF B737-400 STRUCK DEER ON LNDG ROLL. ANTI-SKID INOP AND AUTO BRAKE DISARM LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED.

Narrative: ACFT STRUCK A DEER ON THE RWY AT TOUCHDOWN. ACFT WAS ON AN ILS APCH IN NIGHT VMC CONDITIONS. PF (CAPT) SAW DEER AHEAD AND SLIGHTLY LEFT DURING THE FLARE WITH PWR AT IDLE. A VERY SLIGHT IMPACT WAS FELT. BRAKING DECELERATION WAS NORMAL ALTHOUGH 'ANTI-SKID INOP' AND 'AUTO BRAKE DISARM' LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. BRAKING AND LATERAL CTL CONTINUED TO FEEL NORMAL DURING ROLLOUT, TAXI, AND PARKING. PNF DID NOT SEE DEER. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THOUGH THE ARPT IS FENCED THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A BREAK IN THE FENCE AND THE DEER MAY HAVE SWAM IN THE RIVER, BYPASSING THE FENCE. THE DEER WAS NOT LOITERING ON THE RWY SO A PATROL BY A VEHICLE MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE RESOLVED THE PROB.
