Narrative:
After preflight inspection I unknowingly accepted aircraft for operational flight in air taxi service without an airworthiness release for maintenance done to the #2 hydraulic system. I subsequently made 14 takeoffs and lndgs on that day, without the paperwork error having been corrected. There were multiple departures and lndgs at LA53 and multiple lndgs and departures at various offshore gulf of mexico locations in carrying passenger and cargo for offshore logistics. The final approach and landing was performed at ptn where this form was initiated.
