Narrative:
While taxiing out for runway 21R and turning right at taxiway K 13, jet blast from the right engine blew over 3 LD3 containers, one of which hit a government truck and broke the window, resulting in glass cuts to the employee. I believe this problem was caused by the improper location of the containers so close to the taxiway.

Title: MLG JET BLAST CAUSES PERSONAL INJURY TO A GOV VEHICLE DRIVER DURING TAXI OUT FROM RAMP.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING OUT FOR RWY 21R AND TURNING R AT TXWY K 13, JET BLAST FROM THE R ENG BLEW OVER 3 LD3 CONTAINERS, ONE OF WHICH HIT A GOV TRUCK AND BROKE THE WINDOW, RESULTING IN GLASS CUTS TO THE EMPLOYEE. I BELIEVE THIS PROB WAS CAUSED BY THE IMPROPER LOCATION OF THE CONTAINERS SO CLOSE TO THE TXWY.
