Narrative:
Problem arose partly due to heavy workload due to short duration flight. Caused me to hurry through checklist and upon completing before landing checklist I called 'landing checklist complete, 3-GREEN and we're cleared to land.' in fact, we hadn't been switched to tower frequency or may have missed the instruction to do so. Was discovered when during rollout we advised that we were parking at united states customs and were told to contact tower. Called tower and we were advised to contact ground. In future I must verify all checklist items rather than simply reading. Supplemental information from acn 344244: we were discussing the prior incidents at customs and the pending paperwork, etc, that we were to present at united states customs. I was talking too much. Did not observe the sterile cockpit rule.

Title: LAND WITHOUT CLRNC. TOO MANY SELF-IMPOSED DISTRACTIONS ON APCH.
Narrative: PROB AROSE PARTLY DUE TO HVY WORKLOAD DUE TO SHORT DURATION FLT. CAUSED ME TO HURRY THROUGH CHKLIST AND UPON COMPLETING BEFORE LNDG CHKLIST I CALLED 'LNDG CHKLIST COMPLETE, 3-GREEN AND WE'RE CLRED TO LAND.' IN FACT, WE HADN'T BEEN SWITCHED TO TWR FREQ OR MAY HAVE MISSED THE INSTRUCTION TO DO SO.
