Narrative:

We are always having to work around equipment outages. Tonight's list is so long it is hard to believe this facility is operational. For well over 1 1/2 months the controllers have been complaining about the frequency problems. As of today no change. Our LLWAS OTS. Departure west scope OTS. Mode south channel a OTS. Video maps OTS or loss of redundancy. Keypacks are unusable due to lack of maintenance. I don't know what it's going to take to get this equipment repaired but traditional ways are not working.
