Narrative:
Ice protection pressure abnormal annunciator light remained illuminated with wing anti-ice selected and ice protection temperature low lights out. Tail deice system operated normally. Heavy icing conditions were reported at the destination airport. Returned to dtw for repairs.

Narrative: ICE PROTECTION PRESSURE ABNORMAL ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED WITH WING ANTI-ICE SELECTED AND ICE PROTECTION TEMP LOW LIGHTS OUT. TAIL DEICE SYS OPERATED NORMALLY. HVY ICING CONDITIONS WERE RPTED AT THE DEST ARPT. RETURNED TO DTW FOR REPAIRS.
