Narrative:
Departed sea en route to panc. After departure in icing conditions we experienced an overheat/overpressure in #1 engine anti- ice. Were unable to continue to panc and unable to hold in icing conditions. Captain, maintenance, dispatch conferred and concluded that a return to sea and land overweight was the most prudent course of action. The landing was accomplished uneventfully.
