Narrative:
Departed arcadia (X06) and I called tpa approach and they were very weak and almost unreadable. I did manage to get the squawk code. I could not understand anything else. I switched to srq tower and they were loud and clear. I landed at srq and the tower asked me to contact them by phone and I did so. I departed srq with no problems.
