Narrative:
Missed resetting altimeter coming into ord and leveled off 600 ft low as the altimeter was 29.26 inches. Center reminded us of the fact but did not seem too concerned. Reset and proceeded without further incidence.

Title: AN MD80 FLC FAILED TO RESET ALTIMETERS DURING DSCNT AND LEVELED OFF 600 FT LOW. ARTCC RADAR CTLR INTERVENED. ALTDEV ALT OVERSHOT.
Narrative: MISSED RESETTING ALTIMETER COMING INTO ORD AND LEVELED OFF 600 FT LOW AS THE ALTIMETER WAS 29.26 INCHES. CTR REMINDED US OF THE FACT BUT DID NOT SEEM TOO CONCERNED. RESET AND PROCEEDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENCE.
