Narrative:

Current NOTAM reads 'taxiway C nonstandard hold bar east of runway 6/24.' there is no hold line on this taxiway which intersects runway 24. Runway 24 primary departure runway and landing runway. With no hold line to guide pilots and controllers, there is no way to ensure aircraft is holding short of runway 24 at a legal distance for aircraft departing or landing. Aircraft stop short of runway 24 at a very close range to runway 24, no aid for controllers to ensure proper wingtip clearance as they pass taxiway C. I believe this is a very unsafe condition and may lead to a runway incursion. Airport operations advised this condition would not be fixed until spring/summer. Until then, controllers will have to be very vigilant at work.

Title: NONSTANDARD RWY HOLD LINE MARKING. ACFT ARE XING THIS POINT AND ENCROACHING ON THE RWY. CTLR IS CONCERNED FOR WINGTIP CLRNC BTWN HOLDING ACFT AND ACFT TKOFS LNDGS. PLTDEV.

Narrative: CURRENT NOTAM READS 'TXWY C NONSTANDARD HOLD BAR E OF RWY 6/24.' THERE IS NO HOLD LINE ON THIS TXWY WHICH INTERSECTS RWY 24. RWY 24 PRIMARY DEP RWY AND LNDG RWY. WITH NO HOLD LINE TO GUIDE PLTS AND CTLRS, THERE IS NO WAY TO ENSURE ACFT IS HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 24 AT A LEGAL DISTANCE FOR ACFT DEPARTING OR LNDG. ACFT STOP SHORT OF RWY 24 AT A VERY CLOSE RANGE TO RWY 24, NO AID FOR CTLRS TO ENSURE PROPER WINGTIP CLRNC AS THEY PASS TXWY C. I BELIEVE THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE CONDITION AND MAY LEAD TO A RWY INCURSION. ARPT OPS ADVISED THIS CONDITION WOULD NOT BE FIXED UNTIL SPRING/SUMMER. UNTIL THEN, CTLRS WILL HAVE TO BE VERY VIGILANT AT WORK.
