Narrative:
While flying a sequence, after 2 flts, I was informed that the flight attendant on board was illegal due to rest requirements. Once I knew, I talked to the supervisor and the flight attendant was removed from the rest of the sequence.

Title: A COMMUTER CAPT RPTS THAT AFTER 2 LEGS OF A TRIP HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE FLT ATTENDANT'S SCHEDULE HAD NOT MET THE LEGAL REST REQUIREMENTS OF THE FARS. HE HAD THE FLT ATTENDANT REMOVED FROM DUTY.
Narrative: WHILE FLYING A SEQUENCE, AFTER 2 FLTS, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE FLT ATTENDANT ON BOARD WAS ILLEGAL DUE TO REST REQUIREMENTS. ONCE I KNEW, I TALKED TO THE SUPVR AND THE FLT ATTENDANT WAS REMOVED FROM THE REST OF THE SEQUENCE.
