Narrative:
Pattern work with a student at burbank airport, we were cleared to land 'hold short of runway 15' (cleared to land runway 8). We executed a touch and go bringing us over the top of a B737 who had landed and rolled through the intersection. We had done 14 circuits in the pattern with 12 lndgs when cleared. Out of the 14 circuits 2 had been low approachs or a go around. On at least 4 of the circuits after having been cleared for 'hold short' the clrncs were changed on short final to 'cleared for the option' or cleared for touch and go. This last time we received and repeated the hold short instructions but did a touch and go. No one else deviated or was affected. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated he was flying a cessna 150. He stated he believes the FAA just has not gotten around to his case. He has received and answered a registered letter from the FAA.

Narrative: PATTERN WORK WITH A STUDENT AT BURBANK ARPT, WE WERE CLRED TO LAND 'HOLD SHORT OF RWY 15' (CLRED TO LAND RWY 8). WE EXECUTED A TOUCH AND GO BRINGING US OVER THE TOP OF A B737 WHO HAD LANDED AND ROLLED THROUGH THE INTXN. WE HAD DONE 14 CIRCUITS IN THE PATTERN WITH 12 LNDGS WHEN CLRED. OUT OF THE 14 CIRCUITS 2 HAD BEEN LOW APCHS OR A GAR. THIS LAST TIME WE RECEIVED AND REPEATED THE HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS BUT DID A TOUCH AND GO. NO ONE ELSE DEVIATED OR WAS AFFECTED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED HE WAS FLYING A CESSNA 150. HE STATED HE BELIEVES THE FAA JUST HAS NOT GOTTEN AROUND TO HIS CASE. HE HAS RECEIVED AND ANSWERED A REGISTERED LETTER FROM THE FAA.
