Narrative:
Autoplt stabilizer out of trim light came on. When autoplt was disconnected, there was a slight jolt due to the elevator stabilizer being out of trim. Upon completion of flight, was informed that a flight attendant had hurt her back due to the jolt.

Title: WHILE FLYING AT CRUISE A WDB ACFT HAS AUTOPLT STABILIZER OUT OF TRIM LIGHT ACTIVATE. ACFT WAS JOLTED WHEN AUTOPLT WAS DISCONNECTED CAUSING INJURY TO FLT ATTENDANT.
Narrative: AUTOPLT STABILIZER OUT OF TRIM LIGHT CAME ON. WHEN AUTOPLT WAS DISCONNECTED, THERE WAS A SLIGHT JOLT DUE TO THE ELEVATOR STABILIZER BEING OUT OF TRIM. UPON COMPLETION OF FLT, WAS INFORMED THAT A FLT ATTENDANT HAD HURT HER BACK DUE TO THE JOLT.
