Narrative:
While on a law enforcement surveillance mission, I smelled either electrical wires or rubber burning. Immediately pwred down all non essential electrical components off. Landed at opf uneventfully. Maintenance determined aircraft compressor seized, clutch failed, and the belt was smoking due to friction.

Title: THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PLT RPTR SMELLED SMOKE, PWRED DOWN ALL NON ESSENTIAL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL EMER LNDG AT OPF.
Narrative: WHILE ON A LAW ENFORCEMENT SURVEILLANCE MISSION, I SMELLED EITHER ELECTRICAL WIRES OR RUBBER BURNING. IMMEDIATELY PWRED DOWN ALL NON ESSENTIAL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS OFF.
