Narrative:
We misunderstood a clearance from FL230 to FL190. We read back FL180 and went to FL180. The controller brought it to our attention but said there was no problem. There was no conflict of traffic.

Title: COMMUTER FLC MISUNDERSTOOD DSCNT CLRNC. AFTER LEVELOFF, CTLR CALLED THE ERROR TO THEIR ATTN. DSCNT TO WRONG ALT.
Narrative: WE MISUNDERSTOOD A CLRNC FROM FL230 TO FL190. WE READ BACK FL180 AND WENT TO FL180. THE CTLR BROUGHT IT TO OUR ATTN BUT SAID THERE WAS NO PROB. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT OF TFC.
