Narrative:
When attempting to taxi to runway 8, I turned my head to the left to look at the windsock, and did not see the bonanza going to the same ramp. My right strut hit his left wingtip. No injuries to pilot or passenger.

Title: RPTR IN PIPER CUB COLLIDED WITH BEACH BONANZA WHILE TAXIING. THE RPTR WAS TURNING HIS HEAD TO CHK THE WINDSOCK.
Narrative: WHEN ATTEMPTING TO TAXI TO RWY 8, I TURNED MY HEAD TO THE L TO LOOK AT THE WINDSOCK, AND DID NOT SEE THE BONANZA GOING TO THE SAME RAMP. MY R STRUT HIT HIS L WINGTIP. NO INJURIES TO PLT OR PAX.
