Narrative:
Radar out due to commercial power failure and emergency generator did not work. Video compression unit also failed. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter said that he was told that the emergency generator problem was fixed and stated that he didn't know if it worked as there have not been any further power failures that required the use of the generator.

Title: RADAR OTS DUE TO COMMERCIAL PWR FAILURE. EMER GENERATOR DID NOT WORK.
Narrative: RADAR OUT DUE TO COMMERCIAL PWR FAILURE AND EMER GENERATOR DID NOT WORK. VIDEO COMPRESSION UNIT ALSO FAILED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR SAID THAT HE WAS TOLD THAT THE EMER GENERATOR PROB WAS FIXED AND STATED THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WORKED AS THERE HAVE NOT BEEN ANY FURTHER PWR FAILURES THAT REQUIRED THE USE OF THE GENERATOR.
