Narrative:
Departed runway 33 at clw after making call on CTAF. After becoming airborne, observed a low wing aircraft departing opposite direction on same runway. Made an immediate right turn at low altitude (200 ft AGL) to avoid collision. Suspect other aircraft on wrong CTAF frequency.
