Narrative:
I was talking to an air carrier X dornier and he climbed. Pit was talking to an air carrier Y DC9 also climbing behind the air carrier X. I was informed that less than standard separation had occurred, however, pit was in fact separating the aircraft.

Title: 2 SEPARATE ATC FACILITIES CTLING IFR ACFT IN THE SAME AIRSPACE HAVE LTSS.
Narrative: I WAS TALKING TO AN ACR X DORNIER AND HE CLBED. PIT WAS TALKING TO AN ACR Y DC9 ALSO CLBING BEHIND THE ACR X. I WAS INFORMED THAT LTSS HAD OCCURRED, HOWEVER, PIT WAS IN FACT SEPARATING THE ACFT.
