Narrative:
The crew in question was operating air carrier flight BBB from koa to hnl departing at XX10 local time. We received and read back our clearance as filed from koa tower just before XX00 local time. At XX00 (left) koa tower closes for the night. We departed at XX13 (left) on schedule on CTAF. When we checked in on center frequency, the controller queried us about where we got our clearance and we answered that koa tower gave it to us. On landing in hnl, we contacted cerap (hnl center) by phone and they seemed to convey that they had a new controller and some sort of new procedure that caused the communication breakdown. A couple of days later, for reasons not clear to us, cerap seems to want to implicate us. It seems to me that the problem lies with koa tower. If cerap had a problem with us 'popping up' on their screen, then koa tower should have either not given us a clearance or, at least given us one with a void time.

Title: DC9-50 FLC FLIES CLRNC RECEIVED FROM CLRNC DELIVERY, BUT IT DOES NOT AGREE WITH ZHN.
Narrative: THE CREW IN QUESTION WAS OPERATING ACR FLT BBB FROM KOA TO HNL DEPARTING AT XX10 LCL TIME. WE RECEIVED AND READ BACK OUR CLRNC AS FILED FROM KOA TWR JUST BEFORE XX00 LCL TIME. AT XX00 (L) KOA TWR CLOSES FOR THE NIGHT. WE DEPARTED AT XX13 (L) ON SCHEDULE ON CTAF. WHEN WE CHKED IN ON CTR FREQ, THE CTLR QUERIED US ABOUT WHERE WE GOT OUR CLRNC AND WE ANSWERED THAT KOA TWR GAVE IT TO US. ON LNDG IN HNL, WE CONTACTED CERAP (HNL CTR) BY PHONE AND THEY SEEMED TO CONVEY THAT THEY HAD A NEW CTLR AND SOME SORT OF NEW PROC THAT CAUSED THE COM BREAKDOWN. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, FOR REASONS NOT CLR TO US, CERAP SEEMS TO WANT TO IMPLICATE US. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE PROB LIES WITH KOA TWR. IF CERAP HAD A PROB WITH US 'POPPING UP' ON THEIR SCREEN, THEN KOA TWR SHOULD HAVE EITHER NOT GIVEN US A CLRNC OR, AT LEAST GIVEN US ONE WITH A VOID TIME.
