Narrative:
On jun/xx/96, at approximately XX30 pm, I departed orlando executive airport in a northerly direction. After our departure from orlando, I circled an area over the intersection of hwys 17/92 and 436 in seminole county. After approximately 2 circles, I discovered that my altitude had descended to below that required by far 91.119 (B). I corrected the altitude by climbing as I departed the area in a northwesterly route to apopka, fl, and made an uneventful landing back at orlando at approximately XX30 pm.
