Narrative:

During ILS (localizer) approach in visual conditions to toronto runway 33, alder intersection crossed at 2600 ft. Descent was begun and altitude over OM (lima) may have been slightly lower than published altitude for GS inoperative approach. Conditions affecting operation: 1) assigned airspeed adjustments on final, 2) spacing on traffic ahead, 3) spacing on traffic behind us, 4) busy air traffic controller. We had visual contact with the runway, the VASI, and the traffic. An apparent normal descent was accomplished in the visual meteorological conditions.
