Narrative:
Failed to initiate the turn to track the lal 60 degree radial as depicted on the minee 2 arrival into mco. This was caused by distrs in the cockpit from normal operations (paperwork, in range calls, etc) and lack of proper monitoring. Also, the root problem was most likely from the crew not being as sharp as possible from lack of sufficient rest due to the nature of our trip -- continuous duty overnight.

Title: A COMMUTER FO FAILED TO MAKE A TURN ON THE ARR INTO MCO AND CITES FATIGUE AS THE MAIN PROB.
Narrative: FAILED TO INITIATE THE TURN TO TRACK THE LAL 60 DEG RADIAL AS DEPICTED ON THE MINEE 2 ARR INTO MCO. THIS WAS CAUSED BY DISTRS IN THE COCKPIT FROM NORMAL OPS (PAPERWORK, IN RANGE CALLS, ETC) AND LACK OF PROPER MONITORING. ALSO, THE ROOT PROB WAS MOST LIKELY FROM THE CREW NOT BEING AS SHARP AS POSSIBLE FROM LACK OF SUFFICIENT REST DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR TRIP -- CONTINUOUS DUTY OVERNIGHT.
