Narrative:

On jun/xx/96, I flew a BE23 musketeer from cedar valley, utah, to big springs, tx. I was repositioning the aircraft for the owner to be painted. I had been asked to fly it about a week prior to departure. The aircraft had been sold to a person in texas and I was asked to take it there. A week later I was informed that the aircraft was out of annual inspection by about 10 days. I was unaware of this fact at the time of the flight.
