Narrative:
The WX at the time was approximately 4000 ft broken with unlimited visibility, wind 290 degrees at 15 KTS and gusting up to 20 KTS with the altimeter 29.80 inches. Prior to arriving at W00, 3 full stop lndgs were accomplished at kentmoor airpark and bay bridge airports. During the second full stop landing at W00 the touchdown was normal for the wind conditions. As the landing rollout continued the aircraft weathervaned into the wind (to the left) about 3/4 of the way down the runway, proceeded on a heading of approximately 310 degrees and came to a stop after contacting the left wing strut of a cessna 182. This happened approximately 60 ft from the runway edge. During the time I was off the runway, heading through the grass, a strong attempt was being made to regain directional control and stop the aircraft with the wheel brakes. The left wing strut suffered minor fairing damage. The left wingtip took the impact and tore the fabric off the wing for the last 12 inches, broke the wingtip bow, wrinkled (plus or minus 1/2 the trailing edge of the left aileron about midspan), wrinkled the left wing trailing edge inboard of the left aileron about 3/4 inch. There were no injuries to crew or others.

Title: PLT OF A TAYLORCRAFT F19 (TAILDRAGGER) LOST CTL OF THE ACFT DURING LNDG AND WENT OFF THE RWY COMING TO A STOP WHEN IT HIT A CESSNA 182. THE RPTR'S L WINGTIP AND AILERON WERE DAMAGED AND THERE WAS ONLY MINOR DAMAGE TO THE CESSNA WING STRUT FAIRING.
Narrative: THE WX AT THE TIME WAS APPROX 4000 FT BROKEN WITH UNLIMITED VISIBILITY, WIND 290 DEGS AT 15 KTS AND GUSTING UP TO 20 KTS WITH THE ALTIMETER 29.80 INCHES. PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT W00, 3 FULL STOP LNDGS WERE ACCOMPLISHED AT KENTMOOR AIRPARK AND BAY BRIDGE ARPTS. DURING THE SECOND FULL STOP LNDG AT W00 THE TOUCHDOWN WAS NORMAL FOR THE WIND CONDITIONS. AS THE LNDG ROLLOUT CONTINUED THE ACFT WEATHERVANED INTO THE WIND (TO THE L) ABOUT 3/4 OF THE WAY DOWN THE RWY, PROCEEDED ON A HDG OF APPROX 310 DEGS AND CAME TO A STOP AFTER CONTACTING THE L WING STRUT OF A CESSNA 182. THIS HAPPENED APPROX 60 FT FROM THE RWY EDGE. DURING THE TIME I WAS OFF THE RWY, HEADING THROUGH THE GRASS, A STRONG ATTEMPT WAS BEING MADE TO REGAIN DIRECTIONAL CTL AND STOP THE ACFT WITH THE WHEEL BRAKES. THE L WING STRUT SUFFERED MINOR FAIRING DAMAGE. THE L WINGTIP TOOK THE IMPACT AND TORE THE FABRIC OFF THE WING FOR THE LAST 12 INCHES, BROKE THE WINGTIP BOW, WRINKLED (PLUS OR MINUS 1/2 THE TRAILING EDGE OF THE L AILERON ABOUT MIDSPAN), WRINKLED THE L WING TRAILING EDGE INBOARD OF THE L AILERON ABOUT 3/4 INCH. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO CREW OR OTHERS.
