Narrative:
Misread PMM4 STAR and flew outbound from pmm on 276 degree radial instead of 261 degree radial. The controller caught the off course and vectored us back to the arrival.

Title: A B727 FLC TURNED 15 DEGS N OF THE PUBLISHED ARR COURSE WHILE INBOUND TO ORD. THE ARTCC RADAR CTLR INTERVENED AND VECTORED THE ACFT BACK ON COURSE.
Narrative: MISREAD PMM4 STAR AND FLEW OUTBOUND FROM PMM ON 276 DEG RADIAL INSTEAD OF 261 DEG RADIAL. THE CTLR CAUGHT THE OFF COURSE AND VECTORED US BACK TO THE ARR.
