Narrative:
Cleared to takeoff runway 27 arrival and right turn approved. Took off, executed right turn to 360 degrees at 1100 ft MSL. Continued climb and at about 2000 ft MSL spotted low wing (fixed) airplane single engine approaching from 11 O'clock at same flight level. Initiated right turn to avoid collision. Other pilot also executed right turn.
