Narrative:
On the morning of jul/xx/96, at kansas city international, there were approximately 20-30 false targets displayed on radar. These targets appeared like normal primary radar returns. Several pilot reports and reports from nearby air traffic towers reported nothing could be seen in the area.

Narrative: ON THE MORNING OF JUL/XX/96, AT KANSAS CITY INTL, THERE WERE APPROX 20-30 FALSE TARGETS DISPLAYED ON RADAR. THESE TARGETS APPEARED LIKE NORMAL PRIMARY RADAR RETURNS. SEVERAL PLT RPTS AND RPTS FROM NEARBY AIR TFC TWRS RPTED NOTHING COULD BE SEEN IN THE AREA.
