Narrative:
Aircraft proceeded direct to dvc after oveto intersection instead of published turn to waypoint reference N3652.8 W11346.3. Caused by failure of pilots to enter transition in FMC, failure reinforced by IFR clearance routing which does not show this turn in the wording. Pilots verified routing but failed to note this turn. ATC noted mistake. No conflict.
