Narrative:
Aircraft #1 was conducting ground reference maneuver (turn about a point) at 1000 ft. While in a left turn at 25-30 degrees, turning through south toward east, observed, as it came into view, aircraft #2 breaking away left (towards east). In uncontrolled airspace, everyone needs to be continuously aware of what is happening around them.

Title: WHILE PERFORMING GND REF MANEUVERS AT 1000 FT, THIS RPTR PLT OBSERVED ANOTHER ACFT AT NEARLY THE SAME ALT, TURNING AWAY FROM HIM.
Narrative: ACFT #1 WAS CONDUCTING GND REF MANEUVER (TURN ABOUT A POINT) AT 1000 FT. WHILE IN A L TURN AT 25-30 DEGS, TURNING THROUGH S TOWARD E, OBSERVED, AS IT CAME INTO VIEW, ACFT #2 BREAKING AWAY L (TOWARDS E).
