Narrative:
PIC was given a taxi clearance from the FBO at abq, 'taxi via taxiway F to intersection C, hold short of taxiway C.' pilot held short of taxiway C on the north side of taxiway F. This blocked the high speed exit off runway 21/03. The landing aircraft, an air carrier B737, had to exit runway 3 at the next exit instead of taxiway C. There was never a runway incursion, during this incident, and at no time was either aircraft in danger. Due to multiple intxns at taxiway C, this pilot was confused as to the taxi instructions.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: AIR AMBULANCE CLRED TO TAXI VIA TXWY F HOLD SHORT OF TXWY C. HELD SHORT OF TXWY C ON N SIDE OF TXWY F. LNDG B737 UNABLE TO EXIT HIGH SPD BECAUSE RPTR WAS BLOCKING.
Narrative: PIC WAS GIVEN A TAXI CLRNC FROM THE FBO AT ABQ, 'TAXI VIA TXWY F TO INTXN C, HOLD SHORT OF TXWY C.' PLT HELD SHORT OF TXWY C ON THE N SIDE OF TXWY F. THIS BLOCKED THE HIGH SPD EXIT OFF RWY 21/03. THE LNDG ACFT, AN ACR B737, HAD TO EXIT RWY 3 AT THE NEXT EXIT INSTEAD OF TXWY C. THERE WAS NEVER A RWY INCURSION, DURING THIS INCIDENT, AND AT NO TIME WAS EITHER ACFT IN DANGER. DUE TO MULTIPLE INTXNS AT TXWY C, THIS PLT WAS CONFUSED AS TO THE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
