Narrative:
On the day of this reported incident, the PIC missed his altitude while on a STAR by approximately 3000 ft. Upon notice of his error, he adjusted his power and descended to his appropriate altitude as soon as possible. This situation could have been avoided by more concentration by the pilot and more alertness of myself as copilot.

Title: ALTDEV. XING RESTR NOT MET ON STAR DSCNT. RPTR FO SAYS THE SIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY MORE CONCENTRATION BY PF AND MORE ALERTNESS BY HIMSELF, RPTR FO.
Narrative: ON THE DAY OF THIS RPTED INCIDENT, THE PIC MISSED HIS ALT WHILE ON A STAR BY APPROX 3000 FT. UPON NOTICE OF HIS ERROR, HE ADJUSTED HIS PWR AND DSNDED TO HIS APPROPRIATE ALT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS SIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY MORE CONCENTRATION BY THE PLT AND MORE ALERTNESS OF MYSELF AS COPLT.
