Narrative:

During cruise at FL330 I misread the flight plan and started to fly the 269 degree radial instead of the 303 degree radial. About 5-8 mi past the elmira VOR I caught my mistake and corrected to the proper airway. As I was starting to correct, ATC queried us and gave us vectors back to the airway make reference to possible conflicting traffic. The captain was making a PA at the time, and was unaware that anything was amiss.
