Narrative:
Both flight data printers are broken. One doesn't work at all. The other one prints the top line in red and is very hard to read at the radar position. Maintenance has been unable to fix either printer and they have no spare printers or parts.

Title: CTLR AT STL STATES THAT FDIO PRINTERS ARE NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY.
Narrative: BOTH FLT DATA PRINTERS ARE BROKEN. ONE DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. THE OTHER ONE PRINTS THE TOP LINE IN RED AND IS VERY HARD TO READ AT THE RADAR POS. MAINT HAS BEEN UNABLE TO FIX EITHER PRINTER AND THEY HAVE NO SPARE PRINTERS OR PARTS.
