Narrative:

After landing on runway 31L in austin, tx, and while taxiing to FBO, we inadvertently taxied into wrong FBO area. We asked ground control to confirm we were at wrong place. He indicated taxiway to our right would lead us to FBO. While trying to reach that taxiway and while in congested area (taxiway very narrow) my left 'winglets' brushed the rudder of a parked cessna 172. I immediately stopped, shut down, and had my aircraft towed in. No damage to giii, but slight damage to rudder of cessna 172. I feel ground control should have been more helpful and could have prevented this mishap.
