Narrative:
We were cleared to depart gfk on 'runway heading to 10000 ft.' we rotated and then I saw a helicopter at 10 O'clock and 200 ft on our right side. I immediately instructed the first officer who was the PF to make an immediate left turn. He had also seen the traffic and correctly turned to avoid the traffic. The controller made no mention of the traffic and handed us off to departure. TCASII showed that we passed within 200 ft of the traffic.
