Narrative:
On visual approach into hvc on runway 8. Upon flying the VASI lights on GS, on approximately 1 mi final, I noticed an unlighted tower off my right wing. The tower was a little higher than I was. It was less than 200 yds off my wing.

Title: CORPORATE PLT ON APCH USING VASI SIGHTS UNLIGHTED TWR 200 YDS TO THE R, HIGHER THAN THE ACFT.
Narrative: ON VISUAL APCH INTO HVC ON RWY 8. UPON FLYING THE VASI LIGHTS ON GS, ON APPROX 1 MI FINAL, I NOTICED AN UNLIGHTED TWR OFF MY R WING. THE TWR WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I WAS. IT WAS LESS THAN 200 YDS OFF MY WING.
