Narrative:
While at cruise experienced a severe vibration, causing a need to shut down my engine. Vibration was severe enough that landing gear extended. By itself. We made an engine off landing at flaggler county airport, bunnell, fl. Approach and landing were uneventful with no damage to aircraft or injuries. 11 inches of our propeller separated, causing the emergency.
