Responded to TCASII RA just north of canny intersection on the phl dupont 3 arrival (ott.DPNT3). We were level at 10000 ft and responded to VFR traffic at 10 O'clock level at 9600 ft. Adjusted altitude to 10200 ft. Traffic was in sight.
