Narrative:

We were just starting the blue ridge 7 arrival. I called '244 outbound for the arrival, checked.' but I only checked my side and missed that the first officer had set the lit frequency and the outbound for fsm of 213 degree radial. At about 20 mi out, center told us to turn 30 degrees right to rejoin the arrival. There were no conflicts to report. Since we were used to waving radials on the route down and a crosswind from the right, I didn't notice the error until center called.
