Narrative:
Due to a bent tow bar we had a ground delay of approximately 1 hour. During taxi out we noticed a map shift on the HSI, probably due to the long delay. While in position and hold the captain did a quick align on the IRU. Shortly after takeoff we lost the ADI, HSI, and FMC. The captain notified ATC and requested a VFR return to the field. ATC radar vectored us back to runway 9R where an uneventful approach and landing was accomplished using raw data. After additional mechanical problems developed, the aircraft was removed from service.

Title: B757 LOST HSI, ADI, AND FMC AFTER TKOF. FLC RETURNED TO LAND AT DEP ARPT.
Narrative: DUE TO A BENT TOW BAR WE HAD A GND DELAY OF APPROX 1 HR. DURING TAXI OUT WE NOTICED A MAP SHIFT ON THE HSI, PROBABLY DUE TO THE LONG DELAY. WHILE IN POS AND HOLD THE CAPT DID A QUICK ALIGN ON THE IRU. SHORTLY AFTER TKOF WE LOST THE ADI, HSI, AND FMC. THE CAPT NOTIFIED ATC AND REQUESTED A VFR RETURN TO THE FIELD. ATC RADAR VECTORED US BACK TO RWY 9R WHERE AN UNEVENTFUL APCH AND LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED USING RAW DATA. AFTER ADDITIONAL MECHANICAL PROBS DEVELOPED, THE ACFT WAS REMOVED FROM SVC.
