Narrative:
On rollout on crosswind landing, plane began to oscillate lightly up and down, when passing over a decline in the runway where an extension had been added. The final oscillation was more abrupt and upon runway contact the nose gear collapsed.

Title: BELLANCA VIKING LAND RWY 26 IN A XWIND. ON ROLLOUT XING EXTENSION OF THE RWY, NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
Narrative: ON ROLLOUT ON XWIND LNDG, PLANE BEGAN TO OSCILLATE LIGHTLY UP AND DOWN, WHEN PASSING OVER A DECLINE IN THE RWY WHERE AN EXTENSION HAD BEEN ADDED. THE FINAL OSCILLATION WAS MORE ABRUPT AND UPON RWY CONTACT THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
